SESSION INSTRUCTIONS

During the session, you'll want to be in a location where it's quiet and you can't be disturbed. Let everyone know that you'll be busy.

You'll want to be somewhere that's comfortable and safe... where if you lose consciousness, that you won't fall out of your chair. Lying down on a bed or couch would also be a great option.
