One of the secrets for having a great session is making sure that you get all of the answers that you seek. For every answer there’s a question and so asking the right questions will ensure that you get the answers that you’re looking for. The other secret is that you have to be open to receiving the answer. Here you will find some great examples of questions to help guide you. Feel free to copy and paste any that resonate with you and feel free to make up your own questions or alter these as you wish. In the session I will asking you these questions and your subconscious mind will provide the answers while in trance.
Also create a list of any health concerns or questions that you have.
It is best to have the questions typed and printed out so I can read it.
Remember that these are examples so do your best to make up your own questions before utilizing any of these and make sure that they apply to you and your situation.

What is my mission?
What is my why? My reason or motivation that inspires me to succeed in my mission.

Can you take me into my light now?
What’s wrong with me?
What’s wrong with my relationships and how do I fix them?

What makes me feel motivated, inspired, excited?
How can I make more money?
Should I start that new venture?

What are my most important values and how am I living in ways that are not aligned with my values?
What are my most important needs and desires? Does my present life fulfill them?
What are the operating principles of my life?
What are my personal gifts?
Which three words describe me best?
What’s one thing I would like to do more of and why? How can I make that happen?
What’s one thing I would like to do less of and why? How can I make that happen?
What would I like to stop worrying about? What steps can I take to let go of the worry? Can we just let go of it now?
How do I move past unpleasant thoughts or experiences?
When I’m in physical or emotional pain, what are some of the best things I can do for myself?
What’s keeping me awake at night?
What drains my energy? How can I remove it from my life or protect myself from its negative effect?
What am I holding into that I need to let go of? Can I let it go now?
How do I feel about the pace of my life? Is it too fast, too slow, or just about right?
How do I feel about my last mistake and what did I learn from it?
Do I wait for others to solve my problems? Why is that?
Am I at effect in my life or do I live at cause?
Am I holding onto something that would be better to let go of? What is it and what’s holding me back from letting go? Can we let go now?
What limiting beliefs impact my life in undesirable ways? What is the origin of each belief? Is each belief still true for me today? What positive beliefs would counterbalance those beliefs? Can you make those changes now?
On a scale of 1 – 10, where am I when it comes to being calm and centred in challenging situations?
What do I need to do to have more peace in my life?
In what areas of my life am I trading authenticity for safety, or what appears to be safety?
How am I censoring what I really think or feel?
What holds me back from being more authentic?
What lesson do I need to learn?
Is there any new skills that I should be learning?
How much personal time do I need each week to function well and feel happy?
How much sleep do I need to function at my best?
What is the cause of my fatigue? Can you fix it?
What foods am I eating that are causing negative health effects? What should I be eating? How should U change my diet?
Do I need to exercise more? What type of exercise would be ideal for me.
Do I set personal boundaries?
How do I feel when I enforce my personal boundaries?
What’s behind my hesitancy to set personal boundaries, both in general and in particular situations?
How do I sabotage myself?
How do I feel about self-care and how does that effect the quality of my life?
In what ways do I feel responsible for everyone and everything?
In what ways do I want to control everything and everyone? How’s that working for me?
How much do I trust myself? Do I listen to others more than myself?
How do I feel about getting quiet, listening deeply and patiently to my inner wisdom?
Do I hold back from asking the big questions? The hard questions? If so, what scares me?
What limiting beliefs do I have around money that no longer serve me? What new beliefs can I adopt to allow more money in my life? Can you remove the old beliefs & integrate those new beliefs now?
Do I have unfinished business? With whom? What inner work needs to be done to heal this? What steps can I take to bring resolution or can you just take are of this now?
How do I hesitate or refuse to take action on what my heart tells me?
In what ways is my self-acceptance conditional, dependent upon the validation of others or specific accomplishments?
If I could change one thing in my life, what would I change and why?
Do I feel supported by my family or friends? Who supports me or who doesn’t?
Do I surround myself with mostly positive or mostly negative people? How does that affect my life?
What immediate changes do I need to make? Are these changes you can make here and now?
What are my favourite ways to take care of myself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually? What do I need to start doing and what should I be doing more of?
How do I feel about my relationship with my body?
Am I in any toxic relationships? Are there any narcissists in my life? What do I need to do about it?
What action should I take on my current relationship?
Do I feel comfortable expressing myself?
Do I feel seen, heard, and valued?
Do I speak my voice? What’s preventing me? What changes can we make now that will resolve this problem?
Do I have any regrets about my life so far? What changes can I make so I don’t continue to live with regrets?
How do I feel about accepting my “negative” qualities? Am I able to accept my whole self? How do I project my negative qualities onto others?
What does my inner critic tell me? How does it stop me from moving forward?
What important needs do I have that aren’t getting met?
How do “shoulds” influence my choices rather than my own wishes and dreams?
What makes you feel most like yourself. Why?
Am I getting too caught up in other people’s problems?
Does GOD exist? Jesus? Angels?
How was the planet formed?
Have I ever lived a life on another planet?
Are there aliens?
Are there any messages from my guides? Would they like to speak through me?
Is the Earth a living creature?
Is climate change real?
Am I supposed to write a book?
Should I quit my job?
Should I start doing that thing I wanted to do?
