My own weight loss journey

When I was young people called me husky or big boned... or porky. It just seemed that I was slowly getting bigger and bigger over the years and I had to go on diets whenever I got too big. 220S or 230s is what I consider big for myself.  I tried all kinds of different diets with various levels of success. When I did lose weight I seemed to always find my way back up to the 220s. I tried weight lifting when I was younger, that was back when the incredible hulk was on TV. I took karate for a while but I wasn't much into physical exercise except for that. I tried many different diet shakes, the cabbage diet, pills, cleanses and detoxing. I'd lose some weight and then eventually I'd find my way back.

I had a Dr Pepper addiction for most my life & I thought that was one of the big factors in my weight issues. That and red licorice. I was at an NLP training and a practitioner ran a submodality like to dislike technique for me, this was back in 2015, and they rewired my internal pictures of Dr Pepper and licorice so they were the same as stuff that I don't like. I have not had either since that day.

You would think that that would have resolved my weight issues... but it didn't. 

To be fair though... I also created a hypnosis audio called become a non smoker now, and I listened to that once. I have not had a smoke since. My weight was in the 180/190 range when this all happened & I eventually found myself looking at the number 222.2 on the scales.

I found that I can lose weight quickly with a Purium cleanse, but when I quit eating it, I used to go back to my original weight. I got myself back close to 200 pounds but then with covid I found myself back near the 220s again.

So that's when I got serious about creating a weight loss program. I had to get to the root cause of my weight problem and resolve that. Hypnosis is a powerful tool only if you utilize it. And so I looked into the weight loss hypnosis techniques used by the top hypnotists in the world, I took training and I learned how to perform these techniques myself.

I created a hypnosis audio session & listened to it and since then, everything has changed. I'm down to around 187 & steady. I've been exercising every day and running so now I'm in the best shape of my adult life and I even caught myself thinking about hiring a personal coach at the gym to help me put on muscle. That's how hypnosis works. You suddenly find yourself making different decisions, responding to things instead of reacting and you'll find that you no longer have to struggle to lose weight and keep it off. Every time I use hypnosis to help me make a change it works.
