One of the secrets for having a great session is making sure that you get all of the answers that you seek. For every answer there’s a question and so asking the right questions will ensure that you get the answers that you’re looking for. The other secret is that you have to be open to receiving the answer. Here you will find some great examples of questions to help guide you. Feel free to copy and paste any that resonate with you and feel free to make up your own questions or alter these as you wish. In the session I will asking you these questions and your subconscious mind will provide the answers while in trance.
Also create a list of any health concerns or questions that you have. That can be just a list of the issue and a description of what it is is better than the medical term.
Remember that the more questions the longer the session.
It is best to have the questions typed and printed out so I can read it.

Why have I always had a horrible relationship with my father, mother, sister, etc?
What’s wrong with my relationships and how do I fix them?

When will I meet my soulmate/twin flame?
Have I had a past life with my child, husband, wife, friend, parent, etc.?
How do I find a partner?
Am I in any toxic relationships? Are there any narcissists in my life? What do I need to do about it?
What action should I take on my current relationship?
Do I feel supported by my family or friends? Who supports me or who doesn’t?
Do I surround myself with mostly positive or mostly negative people? How does that affect my life?

Why do I have an addiction to food? Can you resolve the issue behind the addiction?
What's stopping me from losing the weight I want to lose? Can you remove those obstacles so I can get to my ideal weight?
Why do I eat at night when watching TV? What can you do to fix that?
Why did I gain so much weight? What's the lesson I need to learn? Can you fix the underlying cause?
Please identify any secondary gain from being overweight and find another way to satisfy that need in such a way that it's in alignment with my goals.

Shadow Work
Bringing your shadow to light will help you to learn about your behaviour that's holding you back from progressing. This is behaviour that is unconscious, so you don't know that you do it. When you see this behaviour in others it angers you and you also have no idea that you also do the same thing.
What is my shadow self?
What behaviour do I hide from myself that I need to know that I do it? What action do I need to take on this?
What parts am I hiding from myself that I need to bring into the light? What are the good parts that I need to nurture more and what are the negative parts that I need less of? Can we resolve this now?
What aspects of myself does my partner reflect back to me? What are the good parts that I need to nurture more and what are the negative parts that I need less of? Can we resolve this now?
Who is my scapegoat? What are they mirroring back to me? What do I need to do to resolve this?
What are my triggers? What caused them? Let it go. What needs to be done to resolve these?
The things that bother you the most... how do they reflect yourself? what lessons need to be learned? Resolve these now.

How can I make more money?
Do I have anything that's blocking my abundance? Can you remove them now?
What limiting beliefs do I have around money that no longer serve me? What new beliefs can I adopt to allow more money in my life? Can you remove the old beliefs & integrate those new beliefs now?

Self Discovery
